Kieran Quigley ACII
Kieran Quigley, CyberU35s Founder and Chair, is a Cyber Underwriter at Mosaic Syndicate 1609. With 6+ years of market experience, he began his insurance career through the Lloyd's of London graduate scheme in 2018, assuming key roles in the Corporation, Cyber broking, and underwriting in the Lloyd's market. Kieran holds a BA in International Business and is ACII accredited.

Maria Mathews-Saunders
Maria Mathews Saunders, deputy chair of the Cyber U35s, is the Cyber Underwriting Performance Manager at Lloyd’s. Her experience in the insurance market began with Financial Planning & Analysis before underwriting International Casualty and then transitioning into Cyber. She has an interest in volunteering , inquisitive forums, and analytical problem solving. Maria has a Bachelor in Business and Law BBL.

Olivia Gilbert-Smith ACII
Beginning her Cyber claims career at AXIS (previously Novae), Olivia brings a wealth of experience handling Cyber claims globally. Prior to joining Hamilton, Olivia was the Senior Claims Adjuster at Ascent. Olivia joined the Hamilton Claims Department in March 2021 to develop the cyber claims service offering. Moreover, Olivia also handles political risks and W&I claims. Olivia read Spanish at Exeter University and is ACII accredited.

Madeleine Shanks
Maddy advises clients on cyber security incidents and data protection liability. Maddy routinely advises clients on their legal and regulatory obligations following personal data breaches and has a wealth of experience coordinating notifications across the UK/EU and globally. Maddy also handles post-breach litigation and regularly advises insurers on a range of cyber wordings.

Simon Meech ACII
Simon is a Chartered Insurance Broker and BMS Group’s Cyber Practice Leader with 7+ years at BMS broking and prior experience at Beazley and Lockton in cyber underwriting, broking, and claims. He runs BMS' global Cyber insurance strategy, is certified in Information Security Management Principles (CISMP) and is qualified in FAIR Analysis Fundamentals – a methodology for measuring Cyber Risk.

Sean Finch is Managing Director for CYPFER, working primarily in the U.K and European markets, committed to providing clients with industry leading Cyber Security Solutions. Sean has 13 years of experience in Lloyd's Insurance, handling thousands of Cyber incidents to date. His Cyber expertise spanning Claims Adjusting, Underwriting and Broking.
